Analysis Fastator: Focus on the market value of Offentliga Hus

Property value gains contributed to Fastator’s earnings also in Q4 2019. The Fastator share is traded at a 23 percent premium on its NAV, which however is not remarkable compared to the overall Swedish property sector.
