Analysis Fastator: NAV still growing

Fastator increased its NAV from SEK 59 to SEK 64 per share in Q4 2018. This is due to value increases on Offentliga Hus properties. We hike our target price for Fastator to SEK 53 (50). Read the full report here (Swedish)
