• The US junk bond market gives a buy signal for the stock market. Risk taking is back in fashion
• The mighty seven tech stocks in the US stock market still lead the way. With a weaker USD, emerging markets, commodities and small caps could be the next winners
• For the seasoned IPO market, it is gratifying to see that the IPO index is rising sharply
• We also take a special look at the Swedish property market as it is highly sensitive for interest rates
