Carlsquare accompanies BLStream Oy in the acquisition of a majority stake in the German Kupferwerk GmbH

BLStream Oy, Finland, and Kupferwerk GmbH, Germany, have announced a definitive agreement by which BLStream Oy has acquired a 51 per cent equity interest in Kupferwerk GmbH. Rainer Hüther, CEO and owner, retains an equity interest of 49 percent in the company, and will remain on board as Managing Director of Kupferwerk GmbH and responsible for the firm’s business operations and sales in Germany. Ludovic Gaudé will continue as CEO of BLStream Oy.
