We are a member of Globalscope, a leading group of corporate finance and business advisers operating globally to support clients in domestic and international transactions.
The Group was founded in 1987 when a small group of entrepreneurial corporate finance and business advisers came together to support clients in cross-border transactions. We now have 55 members on every continent in 46 countries, from California to Beijing.
We work with the senior management of private and public companies as well as private equity firms. Our focus is on M&A and managing the diverse issues arising in the implementation of business growth or reorganisation and realisation strategies, whether via acquisitions, divestments, sale, restructuring, mergers, capital raisings or international joint ventures.
Through Globalscope we have a global presence across all continents, and significant international industry experience giving us the ability to advise and support our clients around the globe. Globalscope has acted as an advisor in over 600 transactions across all continents.
