Keynote
We’re delighted that Wouter Hendriks, CFO of mobility software champion Shiftmove, will deliver the keynote.
Shiftmove is the DACH region’s market leader in fleet management. The firm was created in 2023 following Battery Ventures’s simultaneous acquisition and merger of complementary fleet management SaaS start-ups Avrios and Vimcar, with Carlsquare serving as sell-side financial advisor to Avrios.
Wouter has been with Avrios since 2017, remaining on board after the merger as VP Finance & Legal, before becoming CFO of the combined entity Shiftmove. In his current role, he oversees the ambitious growth strategy that aims by 2028 to have more than one million vehicles managed by customers using Shiftmove’s cloud-based software solutions.
In his talk Wouter will share insights from his experience taking a company from <1M ARR to an 8-figure sale, as well as continuing to drive growth beyond exit.
ARRtist SUMMIT is an annual, high-profile and invite-only networking conference, bringing together 500+ B2B SaaS founders and CxOs with 125+ B2B SaaS investors. It offers participants the chance to connect with investors and exchange knowledge. Carlsquare Founder & Managing Partner Mark Miller will be moderating a panel at ARRtist Summit 2024 in Berlin.
The theme is ‘Mastering the Exit’, and Mark will be joined by three people who have as much up-to-date insight into this subject as anyone in Germany – all three are B2B SaaS entrepreneurs who have recently sold their companies:
