Carlsquare A/S advised Aarhus Lokalbank A/S on an offering of listed shares and hybrid core capital.
Aarhus Lokalbank A/S successfully raised DKK 102 million from a listed share issue and DKK 75 million in hybrid core capital by converting its existing capital base respectively with Carlsquare A/S acting as financial advisor to the Board and management.
The capital process was completed effectively within a very tight time frame and resulted in strengthening Aarhus Lokalbank A/S’s capital base ensuring the bank’s future operations.
