Strategic advisory to Bygg-Ole
Carlsquare provided during the spring of 2018 strategic advisory to the owners of Bygg-Ole, a leading construction and building materials retailer with four stores in the Stockholm region. In 2017, the Company reported total revenue of approximately SEK 700 million with 200 employees. In October 2018, Beijer Byggmaterial (a Swedish chain of builders’ merchants) announced its acquisition of Bygg-Ole.
