In the Consumer Internet sector, 2021 highlights include advising OCEANSAPART on its sale to Altor and the accompanying investment from Auster Capital, and the sale of LevlUp to Glanbia, which marked our 13th D2C Food transaction in the last 24 months. Most recently we advised Vitamaze, a leading VMS e-commerce player, on the sale to Vision Healthcare.
