European Internet M&A – state of the union

It has been an exciting year 2017 for the European Internet industry and its M&A market and 2018 appears to be even more dynamic. It is interesting to observe that on the one hand the industry has achieved a high degree of maturity with large, established market leaders, high market consolidation and private equity spending as well as start-up companies’ good cash flows and high growth rates.
