Globalscope advised Yota Devices on its minority sale and fundraising to Rex Global

RB Partners, a member of Globalscope and Partner of Carlsquare, acted as exclusive financial advisor of the Russian producer of first in the world dual-screen smartphones Yota Devices and MTH Limited (owned by Yota Devices management) in the deal with Hong Kong based Rex Global, that mainly focuses on leisure, tourism and entertainment-related businesses. Taking into consideration several stages of debt repayment to the current shareholders of Yota Devices and investments committed to development of the Company, the total deal size exceeds $126 mln.
