Fortum Oyj acquires Turebergs Recycling AB

Carlsquare advised the seller of Turebergs Recycling in connection to the sale of 100% of the shares to publicly-listed Fortum Oyj (Ticker Code:FUM1V.HE). Turebergs Recycling processes and recycles incinerated bottom ash from Waste-to-Energy plants, extracting ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
