You will be:
- Supporting the creation of presentations, teasers, investment memoranda and studies
- Researching companies, markets, potential investors and targets
- Preparing the evaluation of key drivers in our core sectors, analysing industries and specific verticals
- Supporting due diligence activities
- Providing financial analyses and company valuations

We look for:
- An undergraduate degree from a high-quality university, often with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline with excellent academic performance
- Profound knowledge in the field of accounting and company valuation (corporate finance/M&A)
- Relevant internship(s) in investment banking/corporate finance or professional services
- Standout analytical, conceptual and communication skills, plus a very high attention to detail
- Confident handling of Excel and PowerPoint
- Someone who brings their ‘whole self’ to work – we like to think of ourselves as “corporate finance with a personality”
