Elgemyr: “Large difference between property developers”

Jarl Securities’ CEO Anders Elgemyr appeared this morning in Dagens Industri’s morning show “Börsmorgon” where he talked about the Swedish property development market. Anders also appeared in Svenska Dagbladet today where he argues that there are differences in risk level between Swedish property developers.

Tobin Properties, SSM and Oscar Properties all imply large risks for investors while Besqab, JM and Magnolia all have lower risk profiles due to their business profile and financial capacity.
