Carlsquare strengthens partner circle in Sweden with Erik Lundberg

We are delighted to announce that as of today, Erik Lundberg is a new partner at Carlsquare.

Erik joined Carlsquare Stockholm in 2017 as Director and has become a indispensable colleague in the past few years. He has almost 15 years of experience in M&A with a focus on technology companies. Erik previously worked at Stella EOC (now part of GCA Altium) and EY. He holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management from University of Gothenburg.

He has been a central part of most M&A deals in Sweden during the past few years and played a major role in our lighthouse transaction when Carlsquare advised Polhem Infra on the acquisition of Telia International Carrier (EV 950 MEUR). We are very happy to welcome him to the partner level and look forward to closing many more deals in the upcoming years.
