Carlsquare opens new office in Berlin

We are very pleased to announce that Carlsquare continues its growth path and opened a new office in Berlin in January 2018.

As founders and CEOs’, we are now entering the 18th year. Our partners, directors and project managers have now been with us for more than 5 years on average. We are pleased to announce the commitment of Boris Grünke as director, with many years of experience in M[&]A and debt advisory in the sectors financial sponsors, technologies, consumer goods, industrials and energy. Our team has grown to a total of 33 employees.

In 2017, Carlsquare once again expanded its business and closed transactions with a deal volume of over EUR 1 billion.

Six of our transactions involved Berlin – that was reason enough for us to open a new office in Berlin. We are on site with 10 employees and look forward to expanding our business in the German capital.[nbsp]
