We invite you to a workshop where Arnold Holle, Managing Partner, and bankers from the London office will present insights into the day-to-day project management of a M&A consultancy. We will share how we jointly work with our fast-growing clients on complex transactions. Using a case study, you will experience how our interns and analysts are involved from day one in client and investor meetings, valuations, pitches, and ultimately in closing deals.
