New Managing Partner Luc Springinsfeld joins London office

We are delighted to welcome Luc Springinsfeld as a Managing Partner to our London team. Luc is an experienced international M&A advisor with an impressive track record at renowned investment banks.

With his extensive experience at Bryan Garnier in Munich and Stockholm, where he most recently served as a Managing Director, as well as at SMBC in London and ams OSRAM in Munich, Luc brings valuable and complementary expertise in the field of industrial technology to the corporate finance services for Carlsquare’s clients.

His focus lies on dynamically growing companies that enable disruptive changes through digitalization, automation, and improved efficiency in areas such as research and development, logistics, manufacturing, farming, defense, environmental monitoring, and in energy transition. Additionally, Luc has closely followed the nascent medical cannabis market in Europe and advised several pioneers in this field.
