Carlsquare successfully advised Chatchamp on the sale to trbo, a portfolio company of Nordwind Growth
The onsite personalization platform trbo is acquiring the also Munich-based conversational commerce and guided selling provider Chatchamp. Chatchamp offers a SaaS solution for e-commerce retailers in the area of guided selling. Its customers include among others L’Oréal, Asam Beauty and Telefonica. The central product offering is a digital product advisor that interacts with consumers when visiting the online shop by asking questions about the product of interest. The users then receive content and offers customized to their needs.
trbo is a leading technology provider for dynamic onsite personalization, optimization and testing. With trbo’s AI-based platform, website content and offers can be designed individually and inspirationally – customized in real time to the consumers’ requirements in their customer journey. For several years, trbo and Chatchamp have fostered a partnership that comprises joint marketing activities and, in particular, technical integration. The two solutions will continue to be available as stand-alone products in order to provide all online shops with the best possible product fit.
