Carlsquare advised EOS Immobilien GmbH (“EOS”), a German strategic real estate investor, on the refinancing of its existing real estate portfolio, comprising residential properties in the Rhine-Main region.
EOS has been building its portfolio since late 2023 with a focus on residential real estate assets and value creation through energy-related renovations and enhanced maintenance. The current portfolio comprises eight properties and is expected to expand further in the future.
Carlsquare supported EOS throughout the entire process of identifying and selecting the right financing partner. The refinancing strengthens the capital structure and provides EOS with the flexibility to continue executing on its expansion plans. This positions the company to act quickly on attractive opportunities and to achieve further growth.
