Speaker: Andreas Zetzsche, Partner at Carlsquare, was the long-standing head of the M&A department at RWE AG and led many significant M&A transactions, including capital market deals from the headquarters in Essen. Since 2018, Mr. Zetzsche also supports the management of the Mergers & Acquisitions chair at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management as Chair Affiliate.

Expert: Mathias Möhrpahl, Partner at Carlsquare, has 15 years of experience in M&A and Renewable Energy and has lived or worked in Europe, North and South America, as well as Southeast Asia. Before his time at Carlsquare, he was a partner at the M&A boutique Ficus Advisory in Uruguay and is a member of the Advisory Panels at New Energy Partners, an investment fund from Greece.
