Carlsquare advised Netwise on its sale to collana Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners

Carlsquare advised the management and shareholders of Netwise, a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) and Power Platform integrator, on its sale to collana Group, a Ufenau-backed DACH-focused IT services group. The transaction further strengthens Carlsquare’s track record in the CRM & ERP integration space and reinforces its position as a trusted advisor in the technology sector.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Warsaw, Netwise is the leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) and Power Platform integrator. The Company delivers projects in the field of implementations, digitalization and automation of business processes, and customer-centric service platforms to its blue-chip client base in more than 40 countries. The company is the most awarded Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrator in the CEE region and has been named Microsoft Partner of the Year seven times.

Founded in 2020, collana Group brings together specialized IT companies from the DACH region and beyond, building cross-industry technological excellence. The group currently employs approximately 500 people. It focuses on the digitalization and automation of business processes, particularly in the areas of ERP, CRM, business applications, data analytics and BI, as well as cloud solutions.

Ufenau Capital Partners is a leading private equity investor focused on service companies in the DACH region, Iberia, Poland, Benelux and the UK. Through its partnership-oriented investment approach, it supports market-leading businesses in accelerating growth, both organically and through buy-and-build strategies. The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses. For Netwise, joining the group creates new opportunities for additional investment, accelerated growth, and the development of shared capabilities. For collana, the acquisition further strengthens its position within the international Microsoft ecosystem and expands its ability to support clients in the digital transformation of sales, service and customer-related processes. Reflecting a shared long-term commitment, Netwise’s existing shareholders are making a reinvestment into collana Group, becoming shareholders in the group.
