Carlsquare advised Scienta Scientific and its existing shareholder on the capital reorganisation

Carlsquare advised on the capital reorganisation of Scienta Scientific, assisting the existing shareholder, Eterna Invest AB, in acquiring a c. 35% stake from InnovationsKapital and other minority shareholders.

Scienta Scientific, headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden, is a global leader in advanced scientific instrumentation and measurement equipment through its two core brands: Scienta Omicron, a pioneer in surface science technologies, and Scienta Envinet, a provider of nuclear radiation detection / monitoring systems. 

Together, the group serves leading research institutions, universities, and governments & public institutions worldwide. 

Carlsquare acted as exclusive financial advisor to Scienta Scientific and its shareholders.
