Carlsquare advised the founders and shareholders of Israeli telecom solutions provider Atrinet Ltd. on the sale of its telecom network technology NetACEtm to global digital workflow leader ServiceNow, Inc.
Founded in 2013 through a spin-off from Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), Atrinet Ltd. is an expert in network management, monitoring and automation solutions. Its core product NetACEtm is a powerful next-generation platform that provides comprehensive telecom operations and network automation capabilities to telecom operators, network equipment vendors and enterprises, supporting their digital transformation.
ServiceNow is a global leader in digital workflows that empowers digital transformation in organizations by automating and integrating complex workflows across IT, customer service, security and other functions. Founded in 2004, the company has grown into a Nasdaq-listed heavyweight with a market cap of $150bn and over 20,000 employees.
This strategic acquisition will broaden the range of the ServiceNow TMT portfolio, ensuring a better experience by connecting customers to the network and fostering further evolution and growth of the NetACE products within ServiceNow. Atrinet is fully committed to honoring its existing contracts.
