Carlsquare hat den Business-Messaging-Experten LEKAB bei der Zusammenschluss mit dem norwegischen Konkurrenten Eurobate beraten

Carlsquare advised business messaging expert LEKAB Communications Systems AB on its merger with Norwegian competitor Eurobate A/S.

LEKAB is a leading Nordic provider of mobile messaging services to businesses, platforms and operators. Customers include many of Sweden’s top enterprises and organizations, and offerings range from digital tools to customized solutions encompassing strategy, projects and operations. Founded in 1994, LEKAB is headquartered in Stockholm with a branch in Vantaa, Finland.

Eurobate is one of Norway’s leading business messaging providers through SMS Gateway and related services. With more than 30 years of experience, the Oslo-based firm counts Visma, OBOS and Oda/Mathem among its numerous customers.

The strategic merger, fully financed by LEKAB’s parent company Bakel AB, creates a powerhouse in the Nordic Communication Platform as a Services (CPaaS) industry. LEKAB and Eurobate will become one of the few players fully investing in customized solutions to enhance both internal and external communication and automation processes. Maruis Franck, CEO of Eurobate, will continue to lead the new group’s Norwegian operations from Oslo.
