Globalscope advised on sale of Dublin-based System Dynamics to Deloitte

Globalscope advised the Dublin-based leading technology consulting firm System Dynamics on its sale to Deloitte which was formally ratified by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in August, and brings Deloitte’s consulting and advisory team to more than 1,000 in Ireland.

Globalscope member Cobalt together with Carlsquare acted as exclusive financial advisor to System Dynamics working with the team to identify and contact potential buyers worldwide and negotiate a transaction through to completion.
