Capita has acquired tricontes, a specialist customer management company based in Munich, Germany. tricontes specialises in delivering a premium service to clients, including contact centre benchmarking and model office services to clients across the retail, telecommunications, utilities and insurance industries. tricontes has a strong track record in customer care, retention and revenue generation for its clients.
The acquisition of tricontes will enhance Capita’s existing presence in customer management and contact centre expertise in the UK and further afield. The acquisition will further enable Capita to support its clients’ needs in Europe, many of whom have German or European heritage.
Drawing on the scale, reputation and experience of Capita, a market leader in customer management, tricontes will be able to strengthen its existing expertise and continue to grow.
