Birger Jarl Fondkommission changes its name to Carlsquare

Birger Jarl Fondkommission makes changes to its operations by returning all licenses to Sweden’s financial supervisory authority (Finansinspektionen) and will close down all stock broker activities. In combination with these changes, the company will change its name to Jarl Securities. 

“The company will only focus on corporate finance and equity research in the future and hence this name change is necessary”
