Carlsquare advises the VERTIKOM Group on the sale to the ASM Group

Carlsquare advises the VERTIKOM Group, one of the leading providers of sales outsourcing and marketing services in the GSA-region, on its acquisition by ASM Group SA, the market leader in sales outsourcing and marketing outsourcing services in Poland and Italy, listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange (“ASM Group”).
Since 5 June 2018, the VERTIKOM Group has a new main shareholder and has thus acquired a strategic partner to support it on its further growth course towards Europe.
After four years of partnership with Seafort Advisors the change from a private equity partner to an experienced strategist is implemented. With the ASM Group as a new partner, VERTIKOM will be able to provide its customers with reliable and comprehensive support beyond the DACH region

With its extensive service portfolio in the sales area, the ASM Group, based in Poland and Italy, is the counterpart to VERTIKOM Sales, which was previously primarily active
for customers in the DACH region.
