We are pleased to present to you our review / preview update. In 2017, Carlsquare once again expanded its business.

We closed 14 transactions with a deal volume of over EUR 1 billion. In our review / preview update we will give you an insight into our work by reporting about current transactions, advised by us.[nbsp]

Carlsquare has established itself in recent years as a leading M[&]A advisory firm in Germany with a focus on technology-oriented medium sized businesses and growth companies. We have recently opened our new office in Berlin. Therefore, we are now represented in three cities in Germany: Hamburg, Munich and Berlin as well as internationally with 54 Globalscope partner companies in 45 countries and more than 600 professionals in dedicated sector teams on industrials, business services, consumer goods, life sciences, software und energy. We are optimistically looking forward not only for Berlin, but also for Germany and for the most important international M[&]A markets.
