Analysis SBB i Norden: Increased earnings capacity lifted the share

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (”SBB”) reported higher property value gains in Q4 2019 than we had anticipated. The acquisition of Hemfosa should bring down  interest costs. We raise our target price for the share to SEK 35.4 (previously SEK 26.7) in our Base case scenario. Read the full report here (Swedish).
