Anders Elgemyr in DiTV: “Opportunity to purchase SAAB shares”

Anders Elgemyr, CEO of Carlsquare, appeared this morning in the morning show “Börsmorgon” hosted by the Swedish finance magazine Dagens Industri. He talked about the Swedish defence company SAAB and their recent rights issue announcement (SEK 6 billion). The market reacted negatively (-10%) to the news and Anders argues that SAAB poorly described the need for a rights issue. SAAB recently won a megadeal (in collaboration with Boeing) to supply the U.S. Air Force with a new advanced pilot training system. Anders believes that there is an opportunity to acquire SAAB shares due to the recent price fall and their strong inflow of new orders.
