22 Sep 2015

Berlin, Munich, Essen – FUNKE further strengthens its portfolio of specialized online job portals and acquires AZUBIYO, the leading portal for apprenticeship training positions and cooperative education. Munich-based AZUBIYO uses an innovative matching technique similar to methods used by dating agencies to bring together people looking for a training position and companies – with more accurate results than any other comparable portal in the market. Currently, AZUBIYO offers more than 32,000 vacant apprenticeship training and cooperative education positions and has become first port of call for apprenticeship training positions and cooperative education in Germany.

Carlsquare advised the shareholders of AZUBIYO on the sale to FUNKE.
