Since deal teams here are small, I had real responsibilities right from the start, as well as regular contact with visionary tech entrepreneurs and senior financial and strategic investors. Investment Career Accelerator Program (ICAP)
ICAP is an innovative gap year program that gives recent graduates a thorough overview of the financial services industry. With just a single application, you complete three consecutive internships over a nine-month period, in a leading investment bank (Carlsquare), private equity house (Flex Capital) and strategy consultant (OMMAX), while living in cities such as Berlin, London, Hamburg and Stockholm.
