Carlsquare advises PMCS.helpLine Software Group on the acquisition of CATENIC AG

Financial management for service processes – CATENIC Financial Management Solutions extend helpLine’s service offerings with cost, performance and resources control in service processes.

The PMCS.helpLine Software Group acquired the software company CATENIC AG on July 8th 2014. The company based in Munich, Germany, develops, distributes and implements software for the sustainable economic controlling of all IT and shared services in a company. The modular product suite Anafee™ establishes a thoroughly transparent financial management and automatizes any planning, calculating, billing and reporting process within service controlling.

With the acquisition, PMCS.helpLine Software Group extends its portfolio in the growth market service management. The Group-owned software solutions helpLine and Serviceware automatize all service processes within an organization that are necessary to provide a stationary or mobile service. Through the acquisition of CATENIC, Anafee™ adds a solution that outstandingly reflects the financial perspective of service processes.
