Carlsquare Corporate Finance has advised Bytro Labs on the Merger with the Swedish Stillfront Group

2 Dec 2013

Hamburg-based HTML5 pioneer Bytro Labs announced its merger with striving social entertainment company Stillfront Group to become one of Europe’s leading cross platform providers of digital entertainment.

The partners share the vision of combining their exceptionally strong portfolios of products, technologies and expertise to build lasting success in a hit-driven business and to become a key player in the industry.

‘Having the Stillfront Group – its people, know-how and international contacts – on our side opens a great number of opportunities for our further growth. I am excited to see how this cooperation will increase not only our competitiveness but also our visibility as a player in the market’, says Tobias Kringe, Managing Director of Bytro Labs.

‘Bytro Labs business culture is a perfect match for the spirit of our group’, Stillfront CEO Jörgen Larsson adds , ‘We share the same vision of sustainable growth. Together we will be able to access new markets and exploit new possibilities much more efficiently than we could on our own.’

Both businesses remain operating under their own name.
