The company’s solutions are used by a wide range of businesses of all sizes, government agencies, and educational institutions.
The goal of the merger between Elisa Videra and MVC Mobile VideoCommunication is to create a strong and highly competitive international videoconferencing services provider by leveraging the complementary expertise of Elisa Videra’s global reach and technology-agnostic approach with MVC’s strong foothold in Central Europe and specialized solutions.

2023, the companies’ combined turnover will be around EUR 45 million, and they will employ a total of around 150 people. Sven Damberger, owner of KLP and CEO of MVC, will continue to serve as CEO of the new company.
