The transaction marks a significant milestone in its strategy to enhance its services in markets like Europe and Australia, where the integration of informed proxy voting and issuer engagement is essential for investors’ stewardship efforts.

Esgaia is a Swedish software company that has rapidly emerged as a leader in the ESG investment stewardship space. Founded in 2020, the company has developed a leading SaaS platform that empowers investors to efficiently manage and streamline data related to engagement with portfolio companies on ESG issues. The platform provides tools for tracking, coordination, and reporting, featuring an innovative product suite that includes an Engagement Tracker, Voting Dashboard, and Disclosure Service. Additionally, Esgaia is actively developing new tools, such as Vote Execution and Corporate Access, to further enhance its offering.
