Carlsquare successfully advised on the sale of Büro am Draht, a digital solutions and transformation specialist, to Appsfactory Group. The acquisition was carried out via Appsfactory’s newly established subsidiary, Cloudfactory GmbH, with Büro am Draht’s two managing directors remaining as minority shareholders.
