Carlsquare advised the shareholder of telenova on the sale to teccle group
telenova is a leading managed services provider and IT consultant in the Munich metropolitan region for mid-sized companies. The company offers a wide range of managed services in the areas of communication and UCC – from planning and implementation to ongoing operational support. Areas of expertise include cloud telephony, IP telephony, unified communications, carrier services and SIP technology.
Founded in 2020, the teccle group unites regional system houses and specialist managed-services and cloud providers under one roof. This innovative business model enables cooperation among separate IT businesses, bridging the gap between small specialist providers and large corporates and ensuring clients receive expert support for all of their needs. Today the group’s 550 employees are spread across 15 German locations and offer a full range of solutions for modern collaboration, secure and scalable infrastructure as well as apps for business processes.
telenova is the fourteenth company to join the teccle group, strengthening its expertise in the areas of communications and UCC solutions and advancing its goal of becoming Germany’s leading IT services provider for mid-market companies. The transaction also gives the teccle group on-the-ground presence in Munich, previously a whitespot. Stefan Schmautz will remain as telenova’s CEO.
