Stockholm based Viva Wine Group is expanding its eCommerce activities and will take over Vicampo.de GmbH. With the acquisition the portfolio of the VIVA eCOM GROUP, which was founded in 2020, will be further expanded.

As part of the acquisition, Vicampo.de GmbH will join VIVA eCOM GROUP, in which Wine in Black and the Vinexus Group have been combined since 2020. Christian Fricke, Managing Director of VIVA eCOM GROUP, will form the management of Vicampo.de GmbH and VIVA eCOM Holding together with Max and Felix Gärtner.
