Carlsquare advised Publicis/Starcom MediaVest on the acquisition of AKOM360
The global media communication group Starcom MediaVest (SMG), member of the Publicis Groupe, announced the acquisition of Germany-based digital agency AKOM360.
As part of the SMG network, the agency will continue to operate under its brand “AKOM360”. The current managers Curt Simon Harlinghausen and Sven Lackmann will continue to head the agency and will report to Iain Jacob, president EMEA of SMG. Furthermore, Harlinghausen will be named Chief Digital Officer EMEA of SMG.
