Dr. Manfred Drax appointed Associate Partner at Carlsquare Corporate Finance

Dr. Manfred Drax has been appointed associate partner at Carlsquare Corporate Finance, effective August 1^st, 2014. Together with Dr. Drax, CatCap’s Munich office will expand its expertise in the sectors life science and medtech. Furthermore, Dr. Drax’ longstanding experience in the information and communication technology sector complements CatCap’s service portfolio.

Dr. Manfred Drax studied law at the universities of Munich and Freiburg i. Br. as well as business administration at the FernUniversität (open university) in Hagen. He received his doctorate in corporate law from the University of Bayreuth. Dr. Drax has more than 20 years of experience in the medtech, life science and information and telecommunication technology sectors and in numerous other high-tech industry segments. Among other positions, Dr. Drax was managing director / CEO and US-CFO of the Dornier MedTech group and COO of WaveLight AG (today Novartis).
