The shareholders of Holomática, one of the leading service providers of staffing, BPO, and consulting services in Brazil, specialized in the automotive industry, sold the totality of its capital to Gi Group, a world leader in human resources and staffing services, headquartered in Italiy and present in over 40 countries. With the acquisition, Gi Group expands and imporves its services, by adding Holomátiva’s 20 years of experience in Brazil, reinforcing its position as a market leader in the country.
