Analysis Consilium: Discount on cash following partly bid

Nordic Capital’s bid for the Marine & Safety division in December 2019 was twice the amount that we had anticipated. Safety & Engineering still owned by Consilium is a loss-making operation. We end up in a share target price of SEK 133 for the Consilium share in our Base case-scenario compared to previously SEK 65 per share. Read the full report here (Swedish).
