Analysis Fastator: No NAV discount following share price increase

Following additional property value gains, the Fastator stock is now priced without any NAV discount. We increase our share price target to SEK 91 in our Base case scenario (previously SEK 63), which equals a premium valuation. Read the full report here (Swedish).
