Analysis Fastpartner: Significant property value increases in Q4 2019

Fastpartner reported greater property value increase in Q4 2019 of some SEKm 1,400 than we had expected. That gives a NAV for the A-share between SEK 69 and 83. We raise our target price for the share to SEK 100 (previously SEK 75) in our Base case scenario. Read the full report here (Swedish).
