Analysis Nuevolution: Partnership evolves into marriage

Amgen offers SEK 32.5 per share for Nuevolution. The board of Nuevolution unanimously recommends the deal and the largest shareholders have undertaken to accept the offer. This, in combination with the high bid premium, means it is highly probable that Amgen’s offer will be successful, in our view.
