Analysis Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden: Large cash position add opportunities

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (”SBB”) held a net cash position of around BSEK 10 as of 30 September 2019. After having reinvested this cash we estimate that the earnings capacity of SBB will be improved by some 13 per cent compared to Q2/2019. We raise our target price for the SBB share in a Base case-scenario to SEK 23.1 (previously SEK 17.3) based on a DCF valuation model. Read the full report here (Swedish).
