- It is the traders’ market. With no clear trend in the market and the Fed under pressure, the indices are stuck in wedges. This means that the market is building up energy for a big move. The direction is unclear, but it is still spring and with a little lower interest rate, the move can be to the upside.
- There is much movement under the surface. The tech sector is the new haven when nobody trusts the banks anymore. On the other hand – from a technical point of view – bank stocks may have formed a bottom…
- Below is an illustration of the rotation among sectors in the US. RRG® charts show the relative strength and momentum of a group of stocks.
